With this in-dept survey and study, we gained useful information about different groups of customers, especially their demands and their financial capacities. Soon after that, the research team and experts carried out design of products, processes and selection of pilot areas.
Currently, the design of products and involved processes are relatively completed. In October TYM will conduct staff training to prepare for trial in two branches/transaction offices.
