Our dedicated Team is made up of 600 trained staff members. They are distributed between our <\/span>headquarters in Hanoi, conveniently located at the Centre for Women & Development (CWD),<\/span> and 5,300 Centers organized into 22 Branches. Our specialists cover 13 different provinces in Central and Northern Vietnam. We have 300 Technical Officers responsible for carrying out grassroots operations. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To ensure we serve our Members, donors and stakeholders as effectively as possible our Management Board responds directly to the Board of Directors, whilst the Control Committee and Internal Audit Department promote provide essential checks and balances. We are highly present in the local communities where we operate via our Branches, Transaction Offices and Centers. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
