Gender inequality and discrimination means that poor, ethnic minority, disabled and rural women have limited access to educational, social, health and cultural services in Vietnam. That\u2019s why we offer Members, their families and communities a variety of social services to enhance their quality of life and promote development. Our social services include:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"styled-ul\">\n<li>Training &amp; capacity building<\/li>\n<li>Health services<\/li>\n<li>Business Development Services<\/li>\n<li>Social, cultural and sporting activities<\/li>\n<li>Charity initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>TRAINING<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TYM\u2019s non-financial services are free support activities provided to clients and communities where TYM operates.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to credit and savings services, TYM implements a wide range of social initiatives to provide comprehensive support for women and their families. These efforts contribute to poverty reduction, economic development, and the promotion of social welfare at the local level.<\/p>\n<p>TYM\u2019s non-financial services include:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.
