On August 22, 2025, the Central Vietnam Women\u2019s Union organized a ceremony to announce decisions on personnel appointments for the positions of Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director, and Chief Accountant of Tinh Thuong One-Member Limited Liability Microfinance Institution (TYM).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Vice President of the Vietnam Women\u2019s Union, Ms. Tran Lan Phuong, attended the ceremony, delivered directives, and presented the appointment decisions to Ms. Le Thi Lan Huong, Ms. Duong Thi Hai Yen, Mr. Nguyen Binh Hanh, and Ms. Tran Thi Loan.<\/p>\n

According to Decision No. 5926\/QD-DCT, Ms. Le Thi Lan Huong \u2013 Head of the Finance and Accounting Department, and Ms. Duong Thi Hai Yen \u2013 Head of the Credit and Development Department, were appointed as Members of the Board of Directors of TYM for the 2022\u20132026 term, effective August 22, 2025.<\/p>\n

According to Decision No. 5928\/QD-DCT, Mr. Nguyen Binh Hanh \u2013 Head of the Internal Control Department, was appointed Deputy General Director of TYM, effective August 22, 2025.<\/p>\n

According to Decision No. 5925\/QD-DCT, Ms. Tran Thi Loan \u2013 Deputy Head of the Finance and Accounting Department, was appointed Chief Accountant of TYM, effective August 22, 2025.<\/p>\n

On behalf of the leadership of the Vietnam Women\u2019s Union, Vice President Tran Lan Phuong congratulated the newly appointed officials. She expressed her hope that in their new positions, they will continue to strive, uphold a strong sense of responsibility, foster solidarity, and pursue lifelong learning to further enhance their knowledge and skills, thereby enabling TYM to successfully fulfill its assigned tasks and contribute to the development of the Union and the women\u2019s movement.<\/p>\n

She emphasized that this is both an honor and a great responsibility for TYM. The leadership and staff of TYM are fully aware that to successfully accomplish the organization\u2019s mission, they must strengthen solidarity, determination, and unity, while striving to build a management system that is increasingly professional and effective, meeting the demands of the new context.<\/p>\n
