The course provided the trainees with 7 client protection principles and process plus tools for market research methods which are widely applied in microfinance. The skills in presiding over a focus group discussion and preparing a market research report were also introduced.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Within3 days, the staff not only studied the theory of the above \u2013mentioned topics but also practiced with real cases in TYM\u2019s operations.
