In March 2015, TYM organized a total of three training courses for its officers. They include 1) TOT training on investment loan (MSE loan), 2) Market research and client protection and 3) Skills to work with external partners.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The aim of these training courses is to provide professional knowledge on relevant fields so that the officers can accomplish their tasks contributing to the effective operation of the Institution.<\/span><\/p>\n

The TOT training course on investment loan was conducted after completing the mid-term evaluation of its pilot period. The participants included both the head office and \u00a0the two pilot branches officers. They were trained to become the resource trainers of training courses during the rollout of this loan product to remaining branches.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

The training course of \u201cmarket research and client protection\u201d is one of the basic and important topics under the compulsory training program for new officers of TYM. The course equipped officers with the knowledge about research methods, selection of suitable areas for expansion, client protection principles, thereby helping the officers profoundly aware of their roles and responsibilities in the protection of customer interest, contributing to the effective implementation of the Institution\u2019s social goals.<\/span><\/p>\n

Especially, the jobs in TYM require frequent contact and work with both domestic and international organizations and individual; thus, how to work with them in a professional and efficient manner is one of the most important and essential skills for officers of the head office. The course \u201c How to work with external partners\u201d equipped the TYM officers with such the precious and helpful knowledge and skills. The course was provided by Mr. Joerg Teumer- a German expert who have rich experience in international relations and is a long time partner of TYM.<\/span><\/p>\n
