Tinh Thuong one member limited liability microfinance institution (TYM) is under Vietnam Women\u2019s Union, specializing in providing microfinance services including credits, savings and supporting services for poor and low-income women in rural and semi urban areas. Currently, TYM is recruiting 01 expert to carry out a research on TYM\u2019s operations.<\/b><\/p>\n

    1. General introduction about TYM<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      * Scope of work:<\/p>\n

      –\u00a0\u00a0 Credit<\/p>\n

      –\u00a0\u00a0 Savings<\/p>\n

      –\u00a0\u00a0 Family assistance<\/p>\n

      –\u00a0\u00a0 Training \u2013 consultancy<\/p>\n

      –\u00a0\u00a0 Community support<\/p>\n

      * Targets:<\/p>\n

      –\u00a0\u00a0 Loans participants: Individuals at the age from 18 to 65 (at the time participating into TYM) of the following groups:<\/p>\n

      + Poor households (in accordance with the regulations of the Government)<\/p>\n

      + Individuals and households with low income: the average income\/person\/month is lower than the average per capita income regulated by the Government<\/p>\n

      + Micro enterprises.<\/p>\n

      –\u00a0\u00a0 Others: Individuals and organizations with desire to participate into TYM\u2019s other activities excluding loans and family assistance activities.<\/p>\n

      * Areas of operation: Ha Noi, Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho, Bac Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Nam Dinh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An<\/p>\n

      1. Description of the research:<\/strong><\/li>\n
      2. Evaluating the production \u2013 business status of members (borrowers) in TYM\u2019s operating areas, their occupations, daily income and expenses to determine the suitability of TYM\u2019s financial products.<\/li>\n
      3. Evaluating the current financial products, the situation of dropout, and the satisfaction of TYM\u2019s clients.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        –\u00a0\u00a0 For the current financial products:<\/p>\n

        + Loans: Study the compatibility of TYM\u2019s existing credit products to the target groups in terms of their purposes and terms, repayment methods, advantages and limitations in comparison with similar products on the market.<\/p>\n

        + Savings: Study the compatibility of TYM\u2019s existing savings products to the target groups in terms of their features and terms, relevant policies; advantages and limitations in comparison with similar products on the market.<\/p>\n

        –\u00a0\u00a0 For the situation of dropout: Study the causes of dropout, propose mitigation solutions.<\/p>\n

        –\u00a0\u00a0 Clients\u2019 satisfaction assessment: Assessing the satisfaction of clients with TYM\u2019s products and services including financial and non-financial products, TYM\u2019s customer services\u2026.<\/p>\n

        1. Based on the research results, propose solutions for TYM\u2019s activities including:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          –\u00a0\u00a0 Changing the structure of credit and savings products if necessary (supplementing and adjusting)<\/p>\n

          –\u00a0\u00a0 Changing the characteristics of credit, savings products (loan amount, term, repayment method, savings term, etc.) matching with target groups and enhancing TYM\u2019s competitiveness with other institutions.<\/p>\n

          –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Proposing specific solutions for mitigating the dropout.<\/p>\n

          –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Proposing solutions for increasing the client\u2019s satisfaction with TYM.<\/p>\n

          1. Research duration:\u00a0August and September, 2015<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            III.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Recruitment requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            1. Requirements for expert:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Master level or higher in economics, social sciences, agriculture or related fields.<\/p>\n

              –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Experience of research for at least 3 years of banking and financial products, preferably with experience in the field of microfinance.<\/p>\n

              –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Understanding of community activities, particularly in rural areas.<\/p>\n

              1. Expected outputs:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assessment reports of the existing products, the situation of dropout, the satisfaction of TYM\u2019s clients along with the proposed solutions and recommendations acceptable by TYM.<\/p>\n

                –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Meeting to report the research results.<\/p>\n

                  \n
                1. Application profile:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 CV in company with diplomas, certificates.<\/p>\n

                  –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A detailed description of education and working experiences (especially previous researches conducted).<\/p>\n

                  –\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 A research proposal includes detailed assessment contents, assessing methods, tools, plans and budget.<\/p>\n
