This is the first commune out of 100 communes in 26 frontier provinces that celebrated this event.<\/p>\n<p>During the ceremony, TYM\u2019s General Director Madame Duong Thi Ngoc Linh, handed gifts worth VND 171 million VND to 57 poor households in Bac Xa commune so that they can build new lavatories. 140 gifts were given to 140 poor women by the representatives of the Vietnam Women\u2019s Union, the High Command of Border Guard and the Red cross of Vietnam. TYM and many other units committed to help Bac Xa commune, especially the women of this commune in the 2018-2020 period.
