On the morning of April 3, Tinh Thuong One Member Limited Liability Microfinance Institution (TYM) – Nam Thanh Hoa Branch held the opening ceremony for Transaction Office No. 02 in Nong Cong commune.
Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Linh, Member of the Presidium of the Central Vietnam Women’s Union and General Director of TYM, presented the establishment decision and congratulatory flowers to TYM – Nam Thanh Hoa Branch, Transaction Office No. 02.
Attending the ceremony were Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Linh, Member of the Presidium of the Central Vietnam Women’s Union and General Director of TYM; representatives of Thanh Hoa Provincial Women’s Union, the State Bank of Vietnam Region 7, the Party Committee and People’s Committee of Nong Cong Commune, Chairwomen of the Women’s Unions from eight communes including Nong Cong, Trung Chinh, Thang Loi, Thang Binh, Cong Chinh, Truong Van, Tuong Linh, and Cat Son, along with many customers of the transaction office.
Mr. Phan Tuan Dung, Director of TYM – Nam Thanh Hoa Branch, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony.
At the event, Mr. Phan Tuan Dung, Director of TYM – Nam Thanh Hoa Branch, said that TYM has been operating in 17 communes and wards in Thanh Hoa Province since August 2023 and currently serves 11,349 customers. In the first quarter of 2026, the branch achieved a loan disbursement of VND 83 billion, with outstanding loans reaching nearly VND 203 billion, a 100% repayment rate, and savings deposits exceeding VND 80 billion.
In 2025, TYM South Thanh Hoa Branch worked closely with Women’s Union organizations at all levels to carry out many meaningful social welfare activities, including support for “Subsidized Houses,” scholarships, gifts for disadvantaged customers, and sponsorship for orphaned children, with a total budget of more than VND 200 million.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Linh, General Director of TYM, acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of TYM – Nam Thanh Hoa Branch, especially in the first quarter of 2026, with many activities combining microfinance services and social welfare programs. She also encouraged local authorities to continue creating favorable conditions for women to access financial resources and use them effectively for economic development. In addition, she expressed hope that the provincial Women’s Union would strengthen cooperation, expand operational areas, and increase TYM’s coverage in the coming years.

Transaction Office No. 02 of TYM – South Thanh Hoa Branch is located at the headquarters of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nong Cong Commune (Tap Cat 1 Village, Nong Cong Commune). The opening of this office will make it more convenient for Women Union members in eight communes to access flexible financial services with a variety of credit and savings products. This initiative is expected to help women develop saving habits, use capital effectively for production and business development, improve their living conditions, reduce poverty sustainably, and enhance the role and status of women within their families and communities.
