At the end of July 2024, TYM sent a delegation to learn about the experience of green credit and micro insurance at CARD MRI in the Philippines.
During the visit and study at CARD, the delegation was introduced to an overview of the history of formation and development of CARD, the organizational chart of CARD MRI, and the products and services that CARD is serving its members. In particular, in recent years, the promotion of green credit products has contributed to environmental protection and had a positive impact on the image of CARD locally.
The members of the delegation all recognized the professional and diverse development of CARD according to each customer segment. The delegation also visited CARD’s production facilities, visited the CARD MRI clinic, the workplace, and listened to CARD representatives introduce in detail how to approach customers to develop corresponding services, develop services and information technology to serve the activities. The content accessed was an opportunity for the members of the delegation to learn and understand more specifically about the leading Microfinance practice in the Philippines.
The visit of the TYM delegation to CARD was a great success, which will further strengthen the relationship between two organizations.
