In the morning of October 27th 2018, in An Lao district (Hai Phong province), TYM held the Opening Ceremony of Transaction Office no. 01 – TYM Hai Phong Branch.
Attending the opening ceremony there were Mrs. Vu Thi Kim Lien – Vice Chairman of Hai Phong city Women’s Union, Mr. Phan Van Dieu – Deputy Secretary of Party Committee cum Chairman of People’s Council of An Lao District, Ms. Dao Thanh Trang – Deputy General Director of TYM, leaders of the district departments, Chairwoman of An Lao district Women’s Union, and leaders of the Party Committee, People’s Committee and Women’s Union of communes/towns in An Lao district.
At this ceremony, the representative of TYM – Hai Phong Branch introduced TYM, presented its impressive results during the years, its services and products, and introduced the personnel of the branch. Also during the ceremony, TYM handed over 34 gifts to the difficult members in 17 communes of An Lao district.
On behalf of the local leaders, Mr. Phan Van Dieu – Deputy Secretary of the An Lao District Party Committee congratulated the success of the ceremony. He shared that in the district there were many other credit institutions, however, TYM had its own characteristics and advantages suitable for women. In particular, TYM’s operations reflected deep humanity when it came to promoting community activities, and giving priority to lending to poor and near-poor households. He requested leaders of Women’s Unions at all level to direct closely to ensure successful implementation of TYM activities in the area.
Shortly after the launch, TYM would survey and introduce its operations to each commune/town in An Lao district. It is hoped that given the favorable conditions facilitated by the local government and close coordination with the local Women’s Union, TYM would achieve good results, contributing to support women here in economic development and improvement of the living quality.
