Implementing the plan for 2023, on May 12, 2023, TYM – Y Yen branch, Nam Dinh organized a training session for center leaders for the term 2021-2026. Participating in the class were Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Duyen, Director of TYM – Y Yen branch, all branch officers and 87 center leaders of 13 communes/towns in the area of operation of TYM – Y Yen branch. At the training course, the women shared their experiences in working with TYM and Vietnam Women’s Union over the years, learned deeply about TYM’s policies and how to deal with situations in the centers. The members understood more clearly the role of a center leader in operating and managing a center as well as mobilizing women to join TYM and become a member of Vietnam Women’s Union, especially the approval of loans for borrowers.
At the end of the training session, 87 center leaders were determined to strive at the end of the year to achieve the title of excellent centers through achieving the targets of mobilizing members to avail loans, increasing savings deposit, and at least each center has 05-07 members know how to use the TYM Mobile Application.
