On January 16, 2026, TYM held a conference to review its 2025 operations and implement tasks for 2026. The conference was chaired by Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Thuong, Chairperson of the TYM’s Board of Directors, and Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Linh, General Director of TYM. The event was organized in both in-person and online formats, connecting with 22 branch offices across 9 provinces and cities where TYM operates.

Mr. Phung Dinh Kien, Deputy General Director of TYM, delivered a presentation on TYM’s 2025 Annual Performance Report.

Presenting the 2025 operational report, Mr. Phung Dinh Kien, Deputy General Director of TYM, stated that despite many challenges in 2025, TYM made strong efforts to implement its tasks comprehensively and achieved important results, maintaining stable and sustainable growth. TYM continued to affirm its pioneering role in the field of microfinance, supporting women in overcoming difficulties, developing livelihoods, and contributing to the implementation of policies and programs of the Party, the Government, the State Bank of Vietnam, and the Vietnam Women’s Union.

After Vietnam transitioned to a two-level local government structure, TYM proactively seized opportunities and closely coordinated with Women’s Unions at all levels to quickly expand its operational network. By the end of 2025, TYM was operating in 9,305 villages across 476 communes in 9 provinces and cities, with 22 branches and 51 transaction offices. As of December 31, 2025, TYM was providing services to 223,604 customers, reaching 101.2% of its annual target.

Regarding credit activities, TYM accelerated loan disbursement and introduced new lending policies to help customers access capital for economic development and daily living needs. These included piloting new loan products, reducing lending interest rates, and offering more flexible monthly repayment terms. At the same time, TYM continued to strengthen the application of digital technology in its credit operations to improve customer experience. As a result, in 2025 TYM disbursed 121,672 loans with a total value of more than VND 4.8 trillion. Total outstanding loans as of December 31, 2025 reached over VND 3 trillion, fulfilling 100.2% of the annual plan while maintaining a repayment rate of 99.99%.

In addition to credit services, TYM continued to effectively develop its savings products by flexibly adjusting deposit interest rates according to market conditions and funding needs. By the end of 2025, total savings deposits exceeded VND 2.6 trillion, achieving 100.3% of the annual target and reflecting customers’ increasingly sustainable saving habits.

These positive results were achieved thanks to the determination and efforts of the entire TYM system, which consistently followed its strategic goals while remaining proactive, flexible, innovative, and focused on promoting information technology and digital transformation. By the end of 2025, more than 124,727 customer accounts, accounting for 55.7% of total customers, had installed and used the TYM mobile app. TYM also promoted cashless transactions to reduce risks and improve operational efficiency, with 121,226 customers registering for cashless transaction services.

Alongside business activities, in 2025 TYM continued to implement many community support programs for women and local communities, contributing to social welfare and sustainable development goals in Vietnam. In response to initiatives launched by the Central Vietnam Women’s Union, TYM and Women’s Union organizations at all levels organized many practical community activities that positively changed the lives, roles, and status of  members of the Women’s Union.

During the year, TYM organized free health checks for nearly 1,401 customers; conducted capacity-building training sessions, thematic activities, study tours of economic models, and cultural and sports activities for more than 8,000 customers; provided more than 579 gifts to disadvantaged customer families and policy beneficiary families during holidays and Tet; donated 15 “Subsidized Houses” to poor members of the Women’s Union and TYM customers; awarded more than 259 scholarships to children of disadvantaged customers; supported 17 rural development projects for local education and healthcare units; assisted 400 customers affected by natural disasters and floods; and continued sponsoring and supporting 48 orphaned and disadvantaged children through the “Godmother Program” initiated by the Central Vietnam Women’s Union.
