Strengthening the capacity of TYM staffs

From 22 to 24/3/2016,TYM organized a training course titled “Consumer protection and market research” for 27 TYM staffs in Hanoi. The course provided the trainees with 7 client protection principles and process plus tools for market research methods which are widely applied in microfinance. The skills in presiding over a focus group discussion and preparing a market research report were also introduced.

Within3 days, the staff not only studied the theory of the above –mentioned topics but also practiced with real cases in TYM’s operations. Thus the staff easily found it easy to understand important knowledge and skills, which will be of great use for them in performing their jobs, protecting their clients as well as contributing to the expansion of the branch in the near future.

Also in March 2016, 26TYM probationary staffs have completed their first basic training on “System of operational procedures, loan validation skill and defense skill” with basic contents for new TYM staffs such as: Overall introduction to microfinance and TYM, knowledge on branch establishment, center formation, product features, and defense skills, etc.   … This was the basic course which helped the probationary staffs to grasp fully knowledge and techniques to apply in their work effectively.
