TYM presented gifts to 81 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers on the occasion of the War Invalids’ and Martyrs’ Day

On the occasion of the 69^th of the War Invalids’ and Martyrs’ Day (27/7/1947 – 27/7/2016), TYM donated 81 gifts worth VND 40.5 million to 81 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers living in the TYM’s coverage provinces and cities.

This is the 5^th year TYM has been organized such the practical activity to show gratitude to wounded soldiers, martyrs families, and those contributed and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation on the occasion of the War Invalids’ and Martyrs’ Day. TYM’s branches in coordination with the Women’s Unions at all levels and local government visited each Vietnamese Heroic Mothers’ family, had a talk and presented gifts to them.

This activity is part of the community support program which contributes to ensuring social welfare and preserving the fine traditional values of the Vietnamese nation – “when drinking water, remember its source”.

TYM – Nghi Loc Branch – Cua Lo Outlet jointly with Cua Lo Town Women Union presented a gift to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Hoe (Nghi Tan, Cua Lo town, Nghe An province)

TYM – Viet Tri Branch – Thanh Son Transaction Office presented a gift to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Dinh Thi Tay (Cu Thang commune, Thanh Son district, Phu Tho province)

Lang Giang Branch presented a gift to the family of wounded soldier Nguyen Xuan Tien (Sam village, Tan Thinh commune, Lang Giang district, Bac Giang province)

TYM Gia Loc Branch – Transaction Office no 03 visited and presented a gift to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Le Thi Bia (residential area no.13, Ngoc Chau ward, Nhi Chau, Hai Duong province)
