During 22 – 26/2/2016, at the Head Office, the TYM MIS project team met up with IT experts and two vendors for discussion on new solutions for the MIS of TYM.
As a leading microfinance institution in Vietnam providing MF products and services to poor, vulnerable and low-income women and households, TYM has always focused on development and diversification of its offering to tailor to the needs of clients as well as creating opportunities for their best inclusion in MF services towards their sustainable economic development. To fulfill its entrustment and missions, TYM needs a sound MIS in meeting with management requirements in the context of fast growing of TYM.
The two vendors mentioned above included Craft Silicon from India and Fern from Singapore. They brought up technological solutions which were currently being used prevalently by top credit organizations, companies and banks in Vietnam and over the world.
After evaluating the solutions proposed, the team would choose the most solution in line with management requirements and existing infrastructure of TYM.
