In May and June 2015 in Hanoi, TYM hold 2 training courses on microfinance (MF) for 62 officers of WU at district and provincial level in the operating areas of TYM.
The courses provided basic knowledge about MF, introduced the formation and development of TYM and particularly focused on the characteristics of TYM’s financial and non-financial products as well as the solutions to enhance cooperation between TYM and VWU.
The courses has received many concerns from WU staff, particularly in some issues such as lending, interest rate, management, principal and interest collection, coordination between TYM and WU in the future…
Through the training courses, WU staff at district and provincial level not only enhance knowledge about microfinance and TYM activities but also raise their awareness and coordination with TYM in completion of social missions entrusted by the VWU.
