The winner:
– Name of the winner: TechPlus – NTQ Solution partnership
– Bid winning value: VND 9,688,000,000 (In words: Nine billion, six hundred and eighty eight million dong).
– Contract form: Lump-sum
– Contract execution time: 15 months from the effective date of the contract.
The winner is requested to base on the terms of the bidding document, the bid proposals and the minutes of the contract negotiation signed with TYM for the contract signing.
