TYM – Vinh Phuc branch organized many meaningful activities in October 2021

Activities in October 2021 are implemented by TYM – Vinh Phuc Branch in collaboration with Vietnam Women’s Unions of districts/cities to celebrate the 91st anniversary of the Vietnam Women’s Union and Vietnam Women’s Day 20-10 and to welcome the 15th Vinh Phuc Provincial Women’s Congress, term 2021-2026.

In order for the activities to be really practical and suitable for each locality, in each district/city in the 05 operational areas of Vinh Phuc province, units of TYM – Vinh Phuc Branch all had their own methods of implementation. Activities focused mainly on supporting TYM members, women members and the communities where TYM operates. In Binh Xuyen district, Transaction Office 01 coordinated with the district Women’s Union to organize a meeting to celebrate the 9st anniversary of the Vietnam Women’s Union (October 20, 1930 – October 20, 2021) and 11 years of Women’s Day on October 18, 2021. Attending the meeting were leaders of the Provincial Women’s Union; leaders of some departments of the district, Director of TYM Vinh Phuc branch and president of Women’s Union of 13 communes and towns. At the meeting, the delegates together reviewed the 91-year tradition of the Vietnam Women’s Union. On this occasion, TYM gave 50 gifts worth VND 30 million to TYM members and women members who had difficulties due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic in the area.

In Yen Lac and Vinh Tuong districts, Transaction Office 02 and Transaction Office 04 donated nearly 2,000 breeding chickens to 60 households of TYM members and poor women members with difficult circumstances worth 60 million VND. Each household of TYM members and women members will receive an average of 30 chicken breeds that have been quarantined, chicken breeds suitable for grazing conditions, fertility and good development. This activity is to support the livelihoods of women to develop livestock production in the current difficult economic and epidemic conditions.

Also in October 2021, Transaction Office 04 coordinated with the Women’s Union of Ngu Kien commune, Vinh Tuong district to launch a movement to reduce plastic waste. On this occasion, TYM has donated a basket for each women member in the commune to help women limit the use of plastic bags.

Joining the welcoming atmosphere, on the afternoon of October 19, 2021, Transaction Office 03 cooperated with the Women’s Union of Vinh Yen city to hold a meeting to celebrate the 91st anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Women’s Union. At the meeting, the City Women’s Union once again affirmed TYM’s companionship in the Association’s activities and movements, contributing to the common achievements in local women’s work. On this occasion, TYM – Vinh Phuc branch gave 25 gifts to 25 outstanding center leaders and members worth VND 30.4 million and gave VND 15 million to Lien Bao Ward Medical Station to buy medical equipment.

In particular, accompanying the Phuc Yen City Women’s Union, TYM held a seminar with the theme “Women with the impact of the industrial revolution 4.0” for 150 outstanding members and women members in the city.

TYM started operating in Vinh Phuc province in 1995 and up to now has been present in Vinh Yen city, Phuc Yen city, Binh Xuyen district, Yen Lac district, Vinh Tuong district. With 1 office and 4 transaction offices, TYM – Vinh Phuc Branch is serving more than 9,500 members and customers across the province. Over the years, TYM – Vinh Phuc branch has always been a unit with many excellent achievements in operation and actively contributed to the overall results of the whole TYM.
