TYM’s Member and Client Gratitude Program in Celebration of Reaching the Milestone of 100,000 Members and Clients

The number of members and clients of TinhThuong Microfinance Institution (TYM) – Vietnam Women’s Union has reached 100,000 on July 1st 2014.
After 22 years of pursuing the mission of “improvingliving quality of low – income individuals and households, especially poor and vulnerable women, by providing financial and non-financial services, creating favorable conditions for women’s participation in socio – economic activities and enhancing the women’s role,” TYM has achieved this promisingresult. In this celebratory atmosphere, all TYM’s staff is deeply aware that this result is largely attributable to the trust and support of more than 100,000 members and their families.
Therefore, in order to celebrate this milestone, TYM will organize the Member and Client Gratitude Program with the total gift value of nearly 43 million VND at 17 branches in 10 provinces in Northern and Central Vietnam. The Member and Client Gratitude Program is TYM’s sincere appreciationof all the female members who have trusted and accompanied TYM on the journey of poverty alleviation and empowerment of Vietnamese women. In each branch, TYM has conducted a lucky draw to choose one member as the recipient of our gifts (as in the attached list). The award ceremony is expected to take place from July 2nd to July 20, 2014 at Semiannual Review Conference held at each branch.
TYM would like to congratulate 17 lucky members and send our special thanks to all the agencies, organizations and individuals that have showed interest and support to TYM over the past few years.
